FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - If the answer is not here then email us.

1. How long can I stay?
The hut is yours from 9am until you want to go home (as long as it's before midnight)

2. How many people can I have and can I bring my dog?
You can have 8 people and 2 well behaved dogs.  Please be mindful of our neighbours.

3. Where can I park?
There is a public car park right behind the beach huts. The car park name is Victoria Esplanade car park and the postcode for your satnav is CO5 8BH. You can pay via card or via the MiPermit app.

4. Is there electricity & wifi at the hut?
No, the joys of beach hutting are to get away from it all. There is a gas stove for boiling water.

5. Cleaning
Please leave the hut neat & tidy with everything back where you found it, the floor swept and the washing up done. Please take your rubbish with you or put it in the bins provided by the council.

6. Things that smoke - people, candles & BBQ's
No naked flames in the hut other than to light the gas cooker. Please do not leave unattended - the kettle will whistle when it is ready.. You should not smoke or have candles in the hut. BBQ's should happen well away from the hut - please ensure they are fully out and dispose of any trays etc.  As ever, please be mindful of other beach users.

7. Help! I've got a problem and can't come now - do you refund?
We offer free cancellation up to 7 full days before arrival. After this point a £40 per hire day admin fee will be deducted from any refund. No refund will be given if the cancellation is within 48 hours.

Everything Else

• When you leave the hut, please turn the gas off at the bottle, ensure all the locks are locked and the keys are secure in the key safe.
• Please tell us about any loss or damage. We appreciate that accidents happen but we need to make sure the next renters have everything they need.
• No Liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury however caused which may be sustained during the time at the beach huts, to any member of the party, or invited persons.
• Lost Property - we will return any items at the owners own cost.
• Lost Keys are charged at £30
• PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBOURS AND OTHER BEACH USERS. This means keeping music volume at a reasonable level i.e. not audible outside the hut. Language should be appropriate to the family setting. We reserve the right to terminate the booking if these conditions are not met.
